Microsoft has released the beta for the newest version 9.0 of their ever-so-popular Internet Explorer browser. The beta has all the features that will be seen come release, but does not however have the updated version 9 UI. Version 9 has some important new things about it. For starters, there is support for HTML 5 and CSS 3, and a new javascript engine. IE9 also has an "Acid Test" feature that will let you test the compatibility and compliance of a website with IE9. With IE 9, webpages perform and feel more like the programs you use every day on your computer. Play in a more beautiful web. The improvements to Internet Explorer are as much about what you don't see as what you do see. Internet Explorer 9 has a streamlined design, fewer dialog boxes to click through, more intuitive navigation, and many new features that speed up your web browsing experience.
Additionally, this new browser is programmed to use your GPU much better: IE9 uses your computer's GPU to enhance hardware scalable vector graphics (SVG), javascript performance, and HTML5 performance. Which is a great thing, considering the natural, slow development of more and more graphic intensive websites as the WWW matures.
Windows Internet Explorer (formerly Microsoft Internet Explorer; commonly abbreviated to IE), is a series of graphical web browsers developed by Microsoft and included as part of the Microsoft Windows line of operating systems starting in 1995. Peygamberimizin zamanında mescidde ve başka yerlerde kadınlar, erkeklerin yanında konuşurlardı. O (s.a.) hicret ederken kadınlar ve çocuklar musikî eşliğinde karşılama yapmışlardı. Bayram günlerinde Hz. Peygamber'in evinde ve onun yanında genç kızlar, Hz. Aişe'ye sesli ve tefli müzik dinletmişlerdi. Kadının sesinin ve musikînin haram olduğuna dair sahih ve kesin bir delil (dinî açıklama) yoktur. Kadın olsun erkek olsun müzik icra ettiğinde bunu dinleyenler kendilerine bakmalıdırlar; kötü, olumsuz bir etkilenme bulunmadıkça dinlemelerinde sakınca yoktur.(Kadın şarkıcı dinlemek caiz midir?) Fetvanın tahliline geçerken ilk iş olarak Hayrettin hocanın mesnet edindiği hususları tespit edelim:
1. Peygamberimiz zamanında kadınların erkeklerin yanında konuşması.
2. Hicret ederken kadınların musikî eşliğinde Peygamberimizi karşılaması.
3. Bayram günlerinde Hz. Peygamberin evinde ve onun yanında genç kızların Hz. Aişe’ye sesli ve tefli müzik dinletmesi.
4. Kadın sesinin ve musikînin haram olduğuna dair sahih ve kesin bir delil (dinî açıklama) bulunmaması.
Bu dört madde hoca efendinin fetvada kullandığı mesnetleri teşkil ediyor. Hoca efendi bunları sıraladıktan sonra fetvasına geçiyor ve kadından müzik dinlemenin hükmünün onu dinlerken insanın içinde yaşadığı duygulara bağlı olduğunu söylüyor. Buna göre hoca efendinin fetvası, kadının musikîsinin, içinde olumsuz etkilere yol açmıyorsa caiz, açıyorsa caiz olmadığını gösteriyor.
Fetvanın gerekçelerini gözden geçirirken üç çeşit hatayla karşılaştığımızı söyleyebiliriz. Bunları mantık, usul ve bilgi hataları olarak tasnif edebiliriz. Hoca efendinin göze çarpan mantık hatası, fetvasında gözlemlediğimiz tutarsızlıklar da yatıyor. Hoca efendi, -birinci ve dördüncü maddelerde- kadından şarkı dinleme meselesini normal kadının sesi ve genel musikî bağlamında ele alıyor. Kadının erkeklerin yanında konuşmasıyla şarkı söylemesi arasında önemli farklar bulunduğu ve bunların aynı hükme tabi olmayacağı hususu gayet açıktır. Bunlar, biri diğerinin yerine kullanılabilecek veya birinin cevazıyla diğerinin cevazına hükmedilebilecek türden müşterek konular değildir. Kadından müzik dinlemenin hükmü, ne normal şartlarda kadının sesinin hükmüyle açıklanabilir, ne de normal musikînin hükmüyle. Nitekim Ehl-i sünnet imamları, çoğunluk belli şartlarda kadının sesinin avret olmadığına hükmettiği halde, kadından şarkı dinlemenin caiz olmadığında ittifak etmişlerdir.
Zaten hoca efendi de bundan tatmin olmamış olacak ki, başka deliller aramış ve ikinci ile üçüncü maddelerde meseleyi, asr-ı saadet döneminde kadınların musikî icra etmesine dayandırmış. İşte hoca efendinin, biri usul diğeri bilgi yanlışı olmak üzere ikinci ve üçüncü hataları da bu iki maddede kendini gösteriyor.
Hoca efendinin ikinci maddede zikrettiği kadınların musikî eşliğinde Peygamberimizi karşılamasıyla ilgili rivayetler günümüz şarkıcı kadınlarını dinlemenin cevazına mesnet olarak kullanılabilecek rivayetler değildir. Hoca efendi söz konusu rivayetlerde geçen "cevarî, velâid, imâ, kaynât" gibi kelimeleri, genel olarak "kadınlar" diye tercüme etmekle ciddi bir usul hatası yapmıştır. Buna bilgi hatası demiyorum; çünkü hoca efendi bu gibi kelimelerin yaygın olarak hür olmayan kadınlar için kullanıldığını pek ala bilir. Burada aslında bir muğalatadan da söz edilebilir. Yani bir delili kapsam alanı dışında işletmeye çalışmak gibi bir mantık hatasından söz edebiliriz.
Hür kadınlarla cariyeler arasında –mahremiyet hükümleri başta olmak üzere- önemli hüküm farklılıkları bulunduğu ve üzerinde konuştuğumuz konunun da bu farklılığın tebellür ettiği konulardan biri olduğu halde hoca efendinin böyle bir tercüme hatasına düşmesi ihmale yorulabilecek türden değildir. Bir de söz konusu rivayetlerin haram-helal, cevaz-adem-i cevaz gibi ahkam meselelerine malzeme olarak kullanılması vehameti ciddi boyutlara taşıyor.
Gerekçede zikredilen hadiseyle ilgili rivayetlerin tedkikine gelince, Hz. Peygamber efendimiz (s.a.v.) Hz. Ebubekir (r.a) ile birlikte Medine'ye teşrif ettiklerinde, Medine'de bulunan Müslümanların kendilerini nasıl karşıladığına dair ilgili rivayetlerde çeşitli ifadeler vardır. Bazı rivayetlerde Medineli bazı cariyelerin (imâ) çıkıp "Muhammed geldi, Muhammed geldi" diye seslendikleri, bazılarında çocukların (ğılmân) ve hizmetçilerin (hüddem) "Muhammed geldi, Allahü ekber" diye sevinç çığlıkları attıkları nakledilmiştir. İbn-i Hacer'in ifadesiyle, Hakim'in tahriç ettiği bir rivayette de, Medine'den Benî Neccâr sülalesinin cariyelerinin çıkıp def çalarak "bizler Benî Neccar'ın cariyeleriyiz, Muhammed ne güzel komşudur!" dedikleri bildirilmiştir. Aynı hadisi anlatan başka bir rivayette de Medineli cariyelerin (velâid) çıkıp meşhur Talea'l-Bedru'yu söyledikleri nakledilmektedir.
Görüldüğü gibi rivayetlerde sevinç çığlıkları atan veya def çalıp kaside okuyan kimseler küçük çocuklarla cariyelerdir. Bu rivayetlerden birincisi Buharî tarafından tahric edilmiştir. Bu rivayet sahih olmakla birlikte cariyelerin def çalıp kaside söylediğine dair bir ifade içermemektedir. İkinci rivayet de Buharî'nin rivayetinin farklı bir varyantıdır. Bu rivayette def ve kasideden söz edilmediği gibi bağıranların kadın olduğuna dair bir ifade de yoktur. Kadınların kaside/şiir söylediğini bildiren rivayetler ise üçüncü ve dördüncü rivayetlerdir. Dördüncü rivayet İbn-i Hacer'in de temas ettiği gibi munkatıdır, usul açısından ahkâma mesned olamaz. Üçüncü rivayet yine İbn-i Hacer'in ifadesiyle Hakim tarafından Şeyhayn'ın şartına uygun olarak tahriç edilmiştir. Fakat ben Hakim'in el-Müstedrek'inde böyle bir hadise rastlayamadım. Muhtemelen, -İbn-i Hacer'in sehvi mevzu bahis değilse- el-Müstedrek'in İbn-i Hacer'in elinde mevcut başka nüshasında böyle bir rivayet olabilir.
Üçüncü rivayeti Hakim'in tahriç ettiğini tespit edemesem de aynı rivayetin başkaları tarafından tahriç edildiği sabittir. Bu rivayetlerin bir kısmında Neccar oğullarından cariyelerin (cevârî/kaynât) hicret sırasında kaside söylediği, bazılarında da Medine'de bir düğün sırasında kaside söylediği (İbn-i Mace, 1899) ve Peygamberimizin onlara dua ettiği nakledilmektedir ki, anılan rivayetler makbuldür. Fakat bu rivayetlerin hemen hepsinde def çalıp kaside söyleyen kızların cariye oldukları açıkça ifade edilmektedir. Bunun gibi üçüncü maddede Hz. Aişe'nin, Peygamberimizin yanında kasidelerini dinlediği kadınlar da (câriye/kaynât) birer cariyedir. Burada da hoca efendi aynı usul hatasını tekrar etmiş ve cariyelerle ilgili bir rivayeti günümüz kadın şarkıcıları için mesnet kabul etmiştir.
Burada ısrarla, konumuzla ilgili rivayetlerde geçen asr-ı saadet cariyelerinin hür kadınlar şeklinde anlaşılmasının hatalı ve ciddi bir kavram kargaşasına sebebiyet verdiğini söylüyoruz. Bundaki ısrarımız, aslında fetvanın tek dayanağı olan bu rivayetlerdeki "cevârî" ve "kaynât" gibi kelimelerin yaygın kullanımını ve asr-ı saadet dönemi Arap toplumunda hâkim sosyal ve kültürel ortamı hesaba kattığımız içindir. Bu kelimeler, yaygın kullanımı itibarıyla bilinen kadın köleler anlamına gelir. Ayrıca kaynât kelimesi, çoğunluk şarkıcı cariyelere kullanılır. Cevârî kelimesi, -hocanın istidlaline temel kabul ettiği gibi- bazen "yeni ergen olmuş genç kız" manasında kullanılsa da, bu, o dönemin sosyal ve kültürel koşulları dikkate alındığında gündeme getirilebilecek bir ihtimal değildir.
Hocanın bir diğer hatası bilgi eksikliği olarak dördüncü maddede karşımıza çıkıyor. Burada hoca efendi, kadının sesinin ve musikînin haram oluşuna dair sahih ve katî bir delilin olmadığını söylemekle doğrusu işi karambole getirmeye çalışıyor. Şöyle ki, soru kadının musikî icra etmesiyle alakalı olduğu halde, hoca efendi burada kadının sesinin veya genel musikînin hükmünden bahsediyor. Şimdi hocanın bu cümlesini hızlıca okuyan biri, buradan, kadının şarkı söylemesinin haram olduğuna dair güçlü bir delil olmadığı zehabına çok rahat kapılabilir. Dolayısıyla bağlamı hesaba katılarak bu ifadelerin kadının şarkı söylemesiyle alakalı olduğunu düşünmek hoca efendiye haksızlık anlamına gelmeyecektir. Şu halde hoca efendi çalgıcı kadınları (muğanniyât/kaynât) ve çalgı aletlerini (meazif/melâhî) yeren, onların kullanımını nehy eden ve ahir zamanda şarkıcı kadınları dinlemenin mübah kabul edileceğini bildirerek bu tutumu zemmeden onlarca sahih hadisi gözden kaçırmış olmalıdır.
Evet, doğrusu burada içim rahat değil, hoca efendi bu rivayetleri görmemiş olamaz. Kaldı ki, sadece kadının sesinden ve sadece musikiden söz ederek seçme ifadeler kullanması, onun bu gibi rivayetlerin pekâlâ farkında olduğunu gösteriyor. Ama hocanın farkında olmadığı –ya da farkında olmak istemediği- bir şey var ki o da, günümüz şarkıcı kadınların Neccâr oğullarının cariyeleriyle değil, işte zemmedilen bu sonuncu kadınlarla/müğanniyâtla ilişkilendirilmesi gerektiğidir.
Fetvanın can alıcı noktasını teşkil eden son cümlede hüküm kişilerin kendi inisiyatifine bırakılıyor ve dikkat edilirse burada kadın erkek arasında bir fark görülmüyor. Ayrıca "olumsuz etkilenmek" nedir? Bu da havada duruyor. Haram helal gibi bir hükmün böyle şahıstan şahısa değişebilen ve açık kriterlere istinad etmeyen bir hale/duyguya bağlanması da usul açısından hatalıdır. Çünkü usul-i fıkıh da hükme illet olduğu iddia edilen şeyin zahir ve munzabıt/standart olması gerekir.
Konunun teorik boyutu bir tarafa, bu fetvanın pratiğinde de ciddi belirsizlikler var. Acaba olumsuz yönde etkilenmekten maksat, şarkı söyleyen kadınla cima hayalleri kurmak mıdır? Yoksa dinleyen kişinin kalbinin ona meyledip, şarkıcıya karşı sıcak duygular hissetmesi midir? Veya söyleyen kadın ya da erkek olsun, şarkı dinlediğimizde içimizde en ufak bir kıpırtı veya farklı çağrışımların oluşması mı kastediliyor?
Eğer sonuncusu kastediliyor ise, fetvayı böyle bir kayda bağlamakla kadından musikî dinlemeye cevaz vermemek arasında bir fark yoktur. Zira özellikle bir kadın şarkıcı dinleyip de en ufak bir duygu ve çağrışıma kapılmayacak kimse nadirattandır ki, fıkıhta nadirata itibar yoktur.
Eğer ikinci şık kastediliyorsa, kadın şarkıcı dinleyip de böyle bir duyguya kapılmamak da zordur. Zira kadın şarkıcılara hayranlık duyan, meşhur şarkıcılara âşık olan gençlerin sayısı yüz binlerle ölçülmektedir. Çoğunluk insanlar böyle bir duyguya kapılabilir, içlerinde o kimseye karşı bir sevgi oluşur.
Eğer birinci şık kast ediliyorsa, bu azınlıktır ve fetvada böyle bir kesimi hesaba katmak bir dereceye kadar makuldür; ama böyle bir ölçünün hocanın elindeki delili nedir. Elverir ki, hocanın onu da açıklaması gerekirdi. Peki şimdi hoca efendi hangi şıkkı kastetmiştir ve bu fetvayı okuyan kişi neye göre hareket edecektir. Şunu anlamak için kehanete gerek yoktur ki, çoğunluk insanlar burada olumsuz etkiden birinci şıkkı anlayacaktır. Çünkü memleketimizde çirkin addedilen bu şıktır. Kötü duygular dendiğinde insanların zihninde hemen bu durum canlanacaktır. Toplumumuz maalesef ikinci şıkkın kötü ve gayr-i ahlakî olduğunu düşünemeyecek kadar dejenere olmuş vaziyettedir. Şu halde burada belirsiz bir ölçü getirmek suretiyle insanları yanıltmak vardır.
Ayrıca sonunda hükmün getirilip insanların kendi takdirlerine bırakıldığı fetvalar şöyle bir paradoksa yol açıyor. Kadın şarkıcıyı dinlediği halde kalbine kötü bir şey gelmeyecek olan kişi zaten iyi bir zahid olmalıdır. Böyle bir kimsenin müzikle ilgili bir sorusu da olmaz. Dolayısıyla böyle bir fetvanın anlamı yoktur. Eğer bir insan aksine kadın şarkıcıyı dinleyip de olumsuz yönde etkilenecek kadar kendine sahip olamayan biriyse, aynı adamın bizim verdiğimiz fetvaya binaen çekinip müzik dinlemeyeceğini nasıl bekleyebiliriz? Bu durumda da verdiğimiz fetva uygulama açısından hiçbir kıymet ifade etmez ki yine anlamsız demektir.
Fetvanın bir başka yanıltıcı tarafı, bir insan baştan kötü etkileneceğini bilmiyorsa bu durumda kadından musikî dinlemesine cevaz veriyoruz, demektir. İş böyle olunca da bir amelin hükmü o amelin yapılmasına bağlanmış oluyor. Oysa amelin yapılıp yapılmaması için hükmünün önceden bilinmesi ve ona göre yapılıp yapılamayacağına karar verilmesi gerekir. Peki aynı kimse dinledikten sonra kötü duygu hissettiğini fark etse bu durumda ne olacak? Verilen fetvaya göre bu kimsenin başından beri musikî dinlemesi haram olmuş olacak. Bu durumda o haramın vebalini kim üstlenecek?
Sonuç olarak Hayrettin Karaman hoca efendinin mezkûr fetvası, gerek istidlal mantığı, gerekse iftâ ve içtihat usûlü açısından tutarsızlıklar arz etmektedir. Ayrıca konuyla ilgili rivayetler ve bu rivayetlerin tahlil ve izahları hakkında yeterli araştırma yapılmadığı, kısa yoldan arzulanan sonuca varılmak istendiği gözlenmektedir. Üstelik milyonlarca Müslümanı ilgilendiren ve haram-helal çerçevesine giren bir konunun, böyle düz mantık işlemleriyle çözümlenmeye çalışılması, iftâ ve irşad makamında olan büyüklerimizin taşıdığı sorumluluk ve ciddiyetin ne boyutlarda olduğunu göstermesi bakımından esef vericidir.
The anticipated Bluetooth 3.0 is gearing up to be launched this month, on the 21st, according to Wi-Fi Net News. Currently, there is no official list of chip-makers who have partnered up to make this all possible, but it's expected to be released along with the specification later this month.
So, what does this mean for us? Well, first and foremost, dramatically improved Bluetooth speeds. Bluetooth 3.0 will make transferring files a lot faster, because it uses 802.11 technology, and can switch between the faster standard and the slower, previous standard. When the new chip finds another chip or computer that uses the faster 802.11 standard, they both switch to that option and transfer the files needed. Upon doing so, they shift back to the slower standard, to save battery life. This option works without any need to connect to a wireless network to help speed things up, also.
It won't take long for devices to start showing up with the new standard, after the formal announcement, so a better way to wirelessly transfer files isn't far off, folks. Once the official announcement is made, apparently the group behind the standard, the Bluetooth SIG, will have a bunch of products ready to sample.

Recently, we revealed the 40nm desktop GPUs lineup from Nvidia and now we will reveal their 40nm mobile GPUs lineup for this year to give you a better picture. Nvidia naming scheme for mobile side is pretty confusing, let alone the number of re-branding and renaming taking place but we have compiled a nice table to make it easy for you to understand.
Nvidia is going to class their mobile GPUs as N10x this year and the confusing part is that it could be G9x based or GT21x based. However, the process technology will show which GPU architecture they belong to.
